Hairy Honey

Location: Senibong Cove, Johor Bahru

Hairy Honey is a Texas-Mexican Gastro Bar at Senibong Cove, Johor, Malaysia, completed in April 2021. It all started from a dream that the Client had to bring great Texas-Mexican food to Malaysia and, as part of the dine-in experience, the culture as well. Given a corner lot site space of 3250sqft, situated at the docks with neighbouring high-end residential, restaurants, and bars, we were then tasked to bring this to life. Starting with the branding, the Clients went with Hairy Honey as their name to stand out, which generally means attractive hairy women, and to complement it, they were looking to have sexy and cheeky vibes. We then brainstormed and tried to find a common theme to unify everything together what better way to do this than to bring the top things to do and places to visit all in one place.
